So you're asking a few things

"Finger print review complete" confirms that your bio metrics (which you did on August 3rd) were done successfully.
It's unclear if you will get an RFE at this point. Only thing that confirms you don't get an RFE is if you get the message "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"- that means that whoever is reviewing your case has determined they need nothing else for your case to move forward. i.e. no RFEs.

But you are heading in the right direction.
Your VJ timeline is not updated so it's hard to give more specific help

Leave it to USCIS to always "F: with me.  I have had a medical appointment scheduled on 8/13 at 2:15pm for weeks now.  Received biometrics appointment for my husband today in the mail.  Guess what day and time? 8/13 at 2:15.

So I immediately call and luckily medical facility had a cancelation for the next day.  I swear USCIS... your timing never ceases to amaze me.

I already had my NOA1 for ead,ap and my aos case got a biometric appt too which is by next week. After i got my biometric appt in the mailbox I checked online the case status of my aos and i saw i got an RFE it is after 2 weeks after i sent the AOS package. Maybe depends again whoever will handle the case. I attached all photocopies too in my AOS package that includes my BC photocopy.

Oh okay thank you. Just seems frustrating as the approval process is subjective to the adjudicator so it’s hard to gauge what action we should take to avoid RFE’s. We just had our biometric appointment today was pretty easy and once our number came up we were done in 5 minutes. Anyway thanks for your feedback ingat lang 🙂

I just got an RFE on my 485 saying that out Affidavit of Support doesn't cover it.... which it totally does. BUT we're getting his parents to help sponsor just so we know this time it'll go through. I have a question though....

Obviously I know my husband has to re-submit his 864, but with his dad sponsoring... is his dad the only joint sponsor or do i put he is the first joint sponsor as his mum is filling out the 864a (making her the second joint sponsor?)

I really wish we didn't have to ask them but I don't want it to get rejected if they still say it's not enough.. Thanks!

I wish i lived in like Wichita, Kanasa where nothing happens.  But nope, :(

Oh well.  But I have a quick question.  Is the office where we go for biometrics the same as our "local office"  Cause I was really hoping mine wasn't in Miami but that is where we have to go for biometrics.  ugh.

Nope-
Biometrics office is called an ASC office. By definition, they don't do interviews, only fingerprinting services!
If you looked around in the office (at least at my ASC office), it is not built for an interview at all! Lol

If you wanna know where your "local office is"
Type it here: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices

goes by zip-code. you'll see it's not the same place as the biometrics

True sometimes it's frustrating i am just thinking they are just doing their work. I sent my BC today the PSA copy i let my husband read the RFE letter to make sure that's all they want 🤭 hoping and praying for interview appointment soon after my biometric next week ☺️
