We finally got an update! Still no email/text or letter. We called USCIS and they gave us receive  numbers for all 3 cases! The clock can actually start now lol and my nerves are a little less frazzled. 

 

So have the biometric appointment letters slowed slowed down too now?

We did the same thing on the 785. You can get it changed over the phone so I’m told. We’re going to try it today now that we have a number to reference it to.

I got my Biometrics letter today -woohoo  but the appointment is for when my Husband is interstate at a conference.

 the office is only 15 mins away and I can drive (still using Aussie Licence) it's more I just want to keep him involved cos this is about us. 

thanks for the idea but I'm going to stick with appointment as things tend to go badly for me when I don't

Is this always guaranteed?
I've heard some smaller offices will not allow a walk-in because of capacity

So best see if you can call first

I was lucky. I was able to get the biometric done a week earlier.

Hey...congrats to US! Hope your doing well😊 Just to let you know that AOS taking a lot of time these days so right after you get marriage certification, you might want to apply fast - EAD/AP combo card supposed to come in 3 months but it took 4 month after I expedited and still waiting to receive...Now officially 5-7 months of waiting (depend on location of the office but mine was National Benefit Center). I started to get boring after not working for more than 3 months so just to share you in advance:)

Woke up to an RFE this morning.... It is not too soon to get an RFE regarding the I-485? Now I am wondering what we missed.....

I have no biometrics done yet. I was wondering why I am not getting the bio letter. So now I know why :))) We seriously might messed up something that they send an RFE before bio...

 

I am leaving town on Tuesday, so no chance that I will get that letter in time.... :((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

Hey.. quick question.. is this roc or aos? I was wondering why u already have rfe since u don't have bio yet..
