Hi guys.

Still no news. We've asked our local congresswoman to get involved.

It's not so bad when we don't think about it. I'd just like it to be done.

Still keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you and Andy my dear
Hopefully congress person knows what's up.

that’s good to hear. Should go rather quickly from here. Good luck with your interview. Be prepared with photos, joint accounts and anything else needed. Just do a search here and you can read what others brought. If your meeting is in Boston consider a new medical with a Civil surgeon if your spouse medical is a year old. Ours was 7 months old and we required to get an updated medical, but it also depends on your IO adjudicating your case.

We moved from Boston to Orlando back in November. We did do the move notices before we left and have been getting snail mail here. Yea we were having an hard time with banks but bank of America did it for us. We r living with relatives so nothing else is joint. We wanted to make sure Florida was the right move before we got our own place. but maybe we will b4 interview I know that will help, Thanks and God lUck to you both

Hi all. Our AOS interview has not been scheduled and my EAD will be expiring in 5months. I dont know if I should apply for renewal since they said the EAD applied under c(9) can't be renewed but if you want to renew, it should be under another category . I really don't understand this. Pls any one with answers or guidance.  Thank you.  My centre is Dallas and the processing time is quite long.

Am not quite sure who informed you that you cannot renew EAD-- that sounds really odd to me.

but @LizM just applied for renewal. Maybe she can give you better guidance on what to do.

But certainly, If I were you, I'll apply for your renewal. You cannot grantee your AOS timeline.

Right. Thanks. What's the process renewal fee like?

No cost. Include NOA1 of AOS and fill out the same form you did before when applying for AOS. They changed the form, so be sure to downloa the new one. Also when you received your EAD you get a barcode/letter with it which you should include!
