Hi July filers. I just got my interview notice for my AOS and it will be on January 2. 2019.

I am just confused about the I693. I still have my DS 3025 from the philippines that was done February of 2018. Do i need to get another medical and vaccination before the interview?

Thank you for all your help.

No. If you already submitted the DS 3025 with your application, then you do not need another vaccination record. Simply go along with the copy of the DS 3025 to your interview.

Hi. Thank you cery much. Is that the same thing that you did?

Yes thats exactly what i did

I wasn't asked for it during the AOS interview. The interviewer only mentioned that i already submitted it during my application which was great.

You're welcome and goodluck with your upcoming interview

I actually got my interview notice before my EAD was approved. But had my EAD/AP combo card in hand before the interview

The egov.uscis.gov website shows Ready for interview, the new website (myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov) shows Fingerprint received or something similar. If I call the USCIS support number my case number can't be found in the phone system, so need to wait for an agent who will confirm that my case is Ready for be scheduled for an interview.

Yeah mine is also like that. My uscis.dhs account doesnt update for all cases.

Hi guys.

Does page 1 of 2 mean that it is a RFE? Those are coming in the mail today and while I am excited, I am also VERY nervous.

Also, it is worth noting, we did NOT get a text message or email about the update to our case. This is just coming in the mail.

When we had our interview in Boston - we were required to get a new medical from a civil surgeon. They gave us RFE at the interview and it delayed us six weeks. Our medical was done in April 2018 yet asked us to complete again. Seems subjective to the the IO whether it’s required or not. So it’s not a definite “not needed” at least in our case FYI to anyone who is getting ready for an interview. Also all POE after 11/1/18 requires new medical regardless. You don’t need new vaccinations if you have your current vaccination record. Just bring it to the appointment with you at the civil surgeon’s office. Boston was not smooth for us unfortunately.
