Filling AOS

Hello everyone

I am arriving to US this month. Me and my fiance are planing to get marry very soon after my arrival. And we want to start with AOS  , my question is , does anyone did not receive NOA2 hard copy approval? Because my fiance did never receive it, and he sent inquiry to get another but still did not get it. I saw we will need NOA2 for AOS, i don't know what do , we have NOA1 and NVC letter , can we send it to prove our approval? Had anyone here the same situation?
