Evidence of a bona fide marriage

Since my wife and I obviously are in different countries, we cannot live together permanently until she comes to the USA. So, we cannot get her on a US bank account (no SSN or ITIN...though we did apply for the ITIN for tax purposes). Even if she gets her ITIN, she would still have to be physically present at a branch to sign. So that is out.

I also tried to add her to the electric and

water but the had same problem.  I was however able to list her as a non driver on my auto insurance,  so the mail comes addressed in both our names to the US residence.

1. We opened a joint bank account in the Dominican Republic (it took a week).

2. We added my name on the lease in the DR and it was certified through an attorney.

Along with the bank statement and lease from the DR, I included a statement explaining why these were included (to establish that we are together) with the I-130 petition.

Other evidence was included (pics, chat logs, wedding receipts, life and pension declarations listing her as the beneficiary, a letter from my employer, and etc).

3. Regarding the rental contract, my landlord in the USA would have no trouble putting her name on the lease (she could sign it via fax) but the government knows that she doesn't reside there as of yet. Would this help when we get to the next stage?

Thanks for your help. We want to build a solid case so as to get our approvals and begin our lives together smoothly.

I also visit often as I've been blessed with employment that allows for time off (teacher). When I'm not at work, I'm in the DR.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I would also focus on plenty of photos from each trip you made and have them dated with explanation were they taken. Also, your airline tickets and boarding passes to show you traveled to see her, post cards and receipts of gifts you send her. Wedding ring receipts and photos of her wearing the ring.
