I filed for my spouse on a k1 visa jan 2017, he got approved june 2017, he arrived sept 2017, we got married oct 2017, and on march 2018 we filed for adjustment of status.. We got an approval and also filed for ead card.. He did his fingerprints and now the travel ban is active, what affect do it have on him since he carries a passport of one of these countries, will they decline him even though hes already in the US

Why would it affect him since he is already here in the USA? It will have zero effect on him

I thought they wont give green cards to anyone with a passport from these countries

As long as he's entered the US on his visa and filed, he should be good to go. They're not granting new K1 visas, etc., but once he's here, he should be fine.

The ban is with regard to visas. AOS is not a visa.

Like everyone else, the "ban" affects persons trying to come to the US. People already in the US are not affected.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).
