I filed my AOS and EAD on Feb 7, but i haven't received my EAD. Does anyone could tell me which phone number I should call? I need my EAD.....

It has just been 90 days and some of the EADs are taking longer, and actually, depending on when they received your application, it may not yet be 90 days according to their reckoning.

There really isn't a phone number to call that would get you more information other than the posted information phone number. You would just get the same information from the 'mis-information' line as you get by checking your own USCIS account - they are not immigration employees but a 'call service'. You could make an infopass appointment with your local immigration office and ask to speak to an official there who may be able to access more information for you. I hope your EAD arrives soon - it is very close to the 90 day limit. Good luck.
