Yes, that’s the recent status for the remaining members. But I cannot proceed for the next payment for them. I cannot click the buttons for the payment.

And that is why you need to contact NVC regarding this ... gave you the phone number in an earlier post.

HI Hank! I researched about FOLLOW-TO-JOIN cases, and I found about this form application which is Form I-824. But, I do kinda understand what it means, but I still do need further explanation about it; and I think that you are the one to talked to about this. Uhmmm, Do you have knowledge about Form I-824 tho?

Nope the I-824 is not what you need   The I-824 is for USCIS/CBP to allow entry, they still need to be issued a visa.

YOU still need to contact NVC, complete the documents process (if you haven't already) so they are DQ (Documents Qualified) same process you went through  Then if NVC is going to schedule the interview they will do so, if they pass it on to the embassy to schedule, then the embassy will do so (this is the part I am unsure about).   Number ONE is get to the point where you (your aunt) can pay the visa fees!

Have you called NVC regarding completing the process for your siblings?   You do need to call NVC.

Hi Mr. Hank, Omg I am back again to gather more in our case. We still haven’t finished yet since COVID-19 started so our case was not processed or has been frozen. I thank you for everything in process and enlightening me up in the process. Thank you so much though. But

Would it be okay to ask some help

about the Follow to join status for the three members in our case?

my Aunt called the NVC but they told my aunt with unclear informations. And I recently receive an information about it to call the bureau of immigration in Philippines instead.

does she mean this as Bureau of immigration or the US embassy that is in Manila Philippines?

i think you so much for being with us through the process
