both of his parents need treatment the doctors and hospitals in Egypt are  not the best they hand out Meds like they are candy its so hard. his dad needs treatment for his diabetes and the doctors can't or don't know how to diagnosis him with dementia or Alzheimer's they say he is fine but he's not he forgets where he is and where he is going and what he is going to do its crazy and his mom has problems with her feet and they said shes just needs to do some foot stretching but thats not helping and she need treatment with her blood pressure that doctors are just giving her more meds and the meds are not working. its so much

If he really does have dementia/alzheimers than the worst thing you can do is bring him here. He is going to start forgetting more than just where he is, or where he is going. And being in a foreign country is not going to help him, it's going to make things worse.

You can't cure dementia, only slow it down.

I have a question where can i find the B-2 application i've looked on the usics website and can't find it.

On the local Consulate web site.

I’m curious as to whether they will be applying for B2 medical or B2 tourist. Because from what you’ve said it’s clear they plan to be in the US a while, wondering how they will handle the interview.

They obviously have the money not sure I see the logic.

The logic in...?

I’m not sure I see chances for success in B2. For medical it seems clear they can’t use the argument they can get treatment in the US that differs from that at home, and trying for a “visit” visa in the circumstances OP has described seems a stretch?  The main issue from OP’s totality of posts is that they don’t want to wait the usual I130 processing time. I’d be surprised if a CO doesn’t figure the situation out in about 5 seconds flat.

I still think it's a bad idea to travel with someone who potentially has dementia/alzheimer. There is no cure. What is the point of going to America? To get a proper diagnosis? What difference will it make what type of dementia he has?

Travel Insurance seems a stretch

Go online to the us consulate/embassy site for your country and follow the instructions for a non-immigrant visa.

Unfortunately invitation letters won't help so he can write anything he wants.

Their visa will be approved or denied based in their ties to their home country
