Is your fiance a US citizen?

If so, then you can follow the guides here ---> http://www.visajourney.com/content/immigration-parents

Each parent will need their own petition and the process will take about a year.

thanks for the help. so we start by filing the I-130 what documents do we submit. what are the dos and don'ts

we would like to start this process as soon as possible

Read the instructions for the I-130.  That will tell you what documents to submit.  After you study the instructions, come back with questions.  This is DIY, so help yourself and others will help you.

You can help them, but they apply, all the information is on the Consulate web site, pretty simple.

You can't. They have to apply on their own. You can't "sponsor" people for tourist visas. They just apply for it themselves, but you can't help them just because you're a citizen or permanent resident.

Is there an i130 filed for them?

Your previous posts discussed petitioning them. If so, odds of a tourist visa are slim.

You can help your in-laws fill out the DS-160 visitor visa applications.

You can not help them qualify for visitor visas.  You can not apply for them.  You can not sponsor them.  They must qualify based on their abilities to overcome the presumption that every visa applicant intends to immigrate illegally.

Hi everyone,

it's been a while since i posted anything. I have a question. How do i apply for a tourist visa for my in laws they are in Egypt. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

"You" don't apply for a tourist visa for your in-laws.  They apply for a tourist visa, they are the tourists.  The issuance of their tourist visa will depend on their ties to their home country.  You cannot "sponsor" anyone on a tourist visa so they will have to prove they can afford the trip, etc...on their own.  Good luck and God Bless, david
