Please guys am confused about the AOS form,on the ceac site it said note printed names and electronically signed signature will not be accepted,it said scanned and photocopies,so does it mean i have to print out the form and write my name with a pen?

The first officer that said she was going to escalate it didn't do so until I called again and the second agent did.

 

 

But whenever i made that call, she asked for my name, my wife's, PD and also approval date.. Is that what they asked when they're really going to escalate it?

Got our CC today! The lady on the phone was so nice she stated that I did a really good job with our packet and congratulated me! She stated that we are now in line for interview. Does anyone know how long it will take before we get notification of it being sent to consulate or schedule the interview?

Fill it online print out 2- 3copies and have the sponsor/petitioner sign&date them all with a pen(wet signature) because NVC has one copy,you will submit one copy at the interview while you keep one copy for your records

NVC sends completed cases to the consulate after an interview date has been assigned

You never know until a case/Invoice number have been created.

 

In our case,I kept calling twice daily until we got the case/Invoice numbers over the phone.

Do I need to call nvc to let them know that I have replaced a rejected document. Or should I wait for them to come back and check it by themselves?

Okay dear thanks,but why did it say at the site that the name should not be printed,what does it mean by that?sorry for the plenty questions.

Write it with same own. Same we did in our case

Please help we sent all doc to nvc on 5 July and yesterday they told us send the birth certificate again. Is it will take more time? More then 14 day?

Same thing we did. My husband/petitioner wrote his name/signature and date on the aos with a black pen
