Yes u can but its better to send after it shows paid just incase u dont want them to misplace ur documents. They are not going to check ur documents until it shows paid. A day or two here and there doesn't matter much. All the best.

Check your husband's status if it now says At NVC. AOS line cleared is a sign of CC.

Hello everyone.

 

My lawyer, spouse and I received my welcome letter

AOS and IV Fee are ready to be paid however there's no DS261. Is that because we had our lawyer since the USCIS stage so they already knew who my agent was?

I'm non pivot

congratulations, yes if you have an attorney then you wont even see the DS261.

After having NVC agent review DS261, how long does It take for the IV package fee to open on their site? The agent told me he has already opened the fee but it can take up to 1 week to receive the next fee bill.
