Please help...Can I send out AOS & IV package before fees are posted as PAID?

Yes u can but its better to send after it shows paid just incase u dont want them to misplace ur documents. They are not going to check ur documents until it shows paid. A day or two here and there doesn't matter much. All the best.

Hello everyone.

My lawyer, spouse and I received my welcome letter

AOS and IV Fee are ready to be paid however there's no DS261. Is that because we had our lawyer since the USCIS stage so they already knew who my agent was?

I'm non pivot

I know! I was just nervous about a possible checklist and wondering why my son's case hadn't changed in the online system 😊😊😊 so you're looking at Friday potentially?

So I got CC on Monday but haven't received an email yet, is there an email letting you know of CC and then another of your interview appointment or is there just one when they schedule your appointment?

After having NVC agent review DS261, how long does It take for the IV package fee to open on their site? The agent told me he has already opened the fee but it can take up to 1 week to receive the next fee bill.

One day. 2days max
