Guys, I am shaking: is this email bellow meaning case complete?

 

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in RIO DE JANEIRO, BRZL to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable).

Since I got my case number 12 days  Very Fast!!!!

Hey! There is no order. I just submited what they ask. When you enter the system you are going to see it.

I just put the docs they wanted, nothing more, and they accept it very quickly!
