I have escalated, I have spoken to a supervisor...long story short is that my case was determined to be an electronic and when I called on week 9 they said my received date was 7/6, which I immediately escalated to a supervisor telling them that my receive date communicated was 5/7 since the beginning and that every week I was told the same thing for the last 8 weeks.  They have my case under supervisor review, but told me this can take up to 6 weeks.  So, I am just calling twice daily.

So Guys today we got emaiL of case creation and case number in just 25 days from NVC.

Its pretty fast for pivot case.

Approved on 1 June 2018

Sent to NVC on 9 June 2018

Received to NVC on 19 June 2018

Its pretty quick one🙂❤️

Actually i request for expedite processing of this case but embassy told NVC that they cannot expedite this case but NVC speed up the process by their own.

Thanks to them😍

I paid AOS Fees $120 today,and it shows 

In Process!

As documents are ready so should i pay both fees and than upload documents or start uploading affidavat after AOS fees status  changed to Paid.

I will keep on updated.

we submitted both of them together but we paid for the iv first of June NVC sent us mail May  to pay for the IV but we made the payment first of June last 2weeks my wife called they said they are reviewing it for completeness that we would receive iv appointment letter 2to3 weeks but till date we have not receive nothing from them.

Hello, did you submit all documents online using CEAC? Did you need to attach the cover page?

You definitely can pay both fees.

And probably on Thu you will be able to upload all the documents and fill out DS-260.

If you have received the invoice for IV fee you can go ahead to make the payment

Sure, go ahead with both payments! No problem here.

 

On timing: officially, it should take 20 business days to review submitted documents, but normally takes less (around 2 weeks).

Please be super careful with your scans, it should be clear to read and in vertical position.

 

Our case got a check list because my husband was playing with pdf compression too much and pdf was blurry.

 

Interview schedule is hard to predict, very much depends on your country and embassy availability.

For Russia it’s approx 2 months between case complete to interview.
