It still just says “Case at NVC” like it has all along. I’m not sure it’s ever going to change! The AOS line did disappear on the other CEAC page though.

That definitely means a cc. Still call them and confirm.

Hi Everyone,

I need some advice.

So at long last we finally got our NVC Case number and Invoice number. BUT we are kind of skeptical because the email is from "National_Visa_Center@state.gov" which usually should be as simple as "NVC@state.gov". There was also no PDF File or a PDF Version of the letter where it says "You can now begin processing" like what the NVC website says. All the info was in the body of the email.

So what I did is I went to the travel.state.gov website to go to the CEAC website. I logged in using the NVC Case number and invoice number included on the email, and I was able to log in. I was surprised that they did not let me choose an agent anymore. I was also able to pay all the fees.

I just want to make sure that this is all true and happening and if there is someone who had the same experience as me. Please help!
