Hi everyone,

My case is also at NVC Stage. We just made AOS and IV payment (pivot case). Our payment status is currently "processing". Wondering if anyone can go ahead with the AOS package while waiting for payments to be completed? It says "start now" on the CEAC page, but the function is being disabled.

Many thanks and good luck to us all!

It takes a couple of days to clear, depending on the bank. I sent my packages in before the 2nd payment cleared and it arrived by the time the payment showed as paid in the system. My cases were scanned 2 days later

Hi... NVC received my case on May 10th... I got my case number exactly at 8 weeks 6days... Call them twice daily and make sure they escalate your case to the supervisor... Sometimes they assume it’ll happen eventually and it takes time..

When I called them first time yesterday the lady told me she'll send it to the supervisor today. Called an hour later to confirm if she did or didn't, and the this lady told me it hasn't been sent to the supervisor yet so she did it while I was still on the phone. I called back later in the day to check if the second lady sent it or not and the guy that answered the call said it was sent to supervisor. I'll continue to call them around 7 AM and around 10 PM. Thank you.

Does anyone know roughly how long it would take for a Pivot case to receive the case number etc. ?

When I called last week the rep lied and told me that she sent my noa2 to supervisor . Called back this week and a very nice rep said to me that my noa2 was never sent. The very nice rep. took my info. and sent it out. When I called today a rep. did verify that my noa2 was forwarded to supervisor Monday 10th. Now I wait!!!

8weeks + 3days waiting for case no.

Im helping my sister in law whose case is also at NVC.

She currently in foreign country, married to USC husband. Im in the stage of the filling out the I-864 for her CR1 and the daughter who is a minor CR2. Its my understanding two Affidavit of Support is needed if separate petition was filed for each immigrant.

For household size on the Affidavit of support for her (CR1) , should include the name of the daughter? It clearly states on Part 3 Item number 2, dont list any relatives listed on separate petition. Should i only list two household members on form, including sister in law and husband? And 3 household members on the daughters affividavit of support? Can USC petitiner sign for the minor?

what is this mean ?

It means they are waiting for you to submit your documents to them: AOS, beneficiary birthcertificate, passport, police certificate, etc.  If you already mailed them in, call NVC to discover where they are: 603 334 0700.
