My case status online just changed to At NVC today. I don't know if that is any good news.

Thanks for your responses! Hopefully we will get some movement in next couple of weeks then..until then I will hold tight, and keep waiting.  We are doing the CR1.  Originally thought we were gonna do the K3, but after researching and reading we went thru the CR1 route

At NVC is definitely a good news.But still u have to call NVC in order to confirm your case complete.

Normally after the status changes to "At NVC" .It takes 1-2 weeks for them to send the documentarily qualified e-mail.As I had My CC on July 9th.After calling NVC to confirm it they mentioned that we are going to get an e-mail within a week.

Thank you Rameda. We chose agent already but can not yet proceed with fee bills.

I think you can only pay fees after the welcome letter.

I received another checklist, saying I need to submit W-2 form. My husband already submitted it and it even showed accepted. He called NVC and rep just asked him to reupload it as additional doc. Rep also said it may take another 3 weeks. So frustrating! 😭
