Hi guys!

I don’t have a long birth certificate yet it’s in process.. can I sent the normal one and have the long birth certificate when I go to the interview?

Husband is sending the documents today so I would like to know. Thanks in advance

I think you should specifically channel this question to your country's subforum because that's the only reliable source to this question.

Fill ds261 and pay the aos fee then call NVC to review your ds261 over the phone with you so that the Iv fee will also open the next business day

Hey Guys,

I have a question - the notice I received after I-130 was approved said they forwarded the case to NVC on June12th, but the USCIS website has an update that they transferred the case to NVC on June27th, which date is the appropriate one to determine when the case was transferred ?

@Abies@Rameda@Saaniya You’ll have been extremely helpful... I’ve been following your timeline for a while... I completed 8 weeks on 5th July... and have been told thrice that they shall escalate my case.. Today when I called the second time, a very sweet and proactive representative told me that she doesn’t see anywhere that my case is escalated and took my details and email address and told me that she has made sure that it has been escalated. It’s been 8weeks 6 days... Getting restless..

Glad we could help.  Just keep calling them first thing in the morning and at end of day.  Around 11pm EST.
