Hmm. My approval date is 6/21 and NVC still hasn't received - the USCIS app doesn't even say sent yet. I am seeing 1-2 weeks for most people from NOA2 to case received by NVC, but NVC says to wait up to 6 weeks when I call.

You have to submit documents to nvc.. one they have written in the status.

I think non-pivot cases are going faster. You should get CC in a week or 10 days. Someone with a non-pivot case can tell you better.

We have the same nvc received date and also non pivot. It's currently taking 8-10 weeks for non pivot to get case number. I really can't wait to get the numbers.

My case is pivot. It took NVC 19 days to review my docs. Unfortunately, I received a checklist. Resent docs on June 22nd and still waiting.

How long did it take you to get welcome letter? 

1-3days after you get your case/invoice number over the phone
