I called NVC right now to ask a question not related to this topic and they said “congratulations your case was complete on Friday,June 29th” Your case will now be forwaded to Ciudad Juarez for interview processing.

Like you still waiting after 8 weeks. Called again now and was told the case creation pod is backed up and is taking 1 to 2 weeks longer than usual to assign case numbers. So the 8 weeks they quote has now turned into 9 or 10. We escalated to a supervisor but were also told it just gives them another 7 to 10 days to act before we should call again. Fun times!

Good news, I just called NVC and just got my case and invoice number.  They just put it in the system today. 

Wow.. Congratulations. Fill your ds261 right away then wait for your welcome letter to proceed

Oh my God I know which guy you are talking about lol. Everytime you swill call and he will answer he will say congratulations... The first time I got so happy thinking I got the interview date

We are currently waiting for an interview/appointment date. We just kinda have to wait for an email from NVC per my lawyer with details about interview and in that same email they will mention details about doing the medical portion.
