Submission for your package has no restricted time but to be on the faster side you can submit after paying your IV fee but it will not be scanned into the system/reviewed until ds260 has been completed online.

Proof of Status is your US birth certificate OR your Naturalization certificate.

I'm hesitating if we need to include the proof of status. We are going to fill the form I-864EZ which means we don't need a joint sponsor.

My understanding is  the proof of status is given only when you use a joint sponsor. It shows that he/she completed the condition of being  US citizen or  green card holder.

Isn't?

I don't think so. My I130 approved was received one June 18th. I sent them an email last week but I'm waiting for their reply.

When you call you have more information. Then I'll keep call them.

In your place I will call them ASAP. I see your petition was approved almost 12 months ego.

I have a question:

Your case is the Petitioner is a US citizen or lawful permanent resident?

Yes my petition was approved a year ago but it was incorrect as my attorney filed for AOS when it should have been for Consular processing (long story) basically I filed a I-824 to get my approved I-130 to the NVC and that was approved June 26th 2018 so they will send it to the NVC

In answer to your question my wife is a US citizen.

8 weeks + 6 days : we got the case number over the phone

And at 9 weeks we received the welcome letter.

When you reach 8 weeks try to call at least 2 times a day. Once your case is forward to a supervisor it seems to go quickly.

Lol that's way too long can i start calling at four weeks why would we have to wait they different since our spouse are immediate relatives no visa number is limit im crying already

Currently if you are from a non pivot country you will not receive a case number before 8 weeks and you will be said the same thing on the phone (wait).

hi,

the AOS Package and IV Package  i send it separately?

IV Pacakge  ----> National Visa Center Attn. CMR 31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100 Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

AOS Package--->National Visa Center Attn. CMR AOS 31 Rochester Avenue Suite 100 Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

thank u

No you have to send them on the same package.

You follow the order provided on the welcome letter. And don't forget to put the checklist on the top, put the case number on each document outside of the checklist.

Ok I think you can call NVC next week. Because uscis sent your approved application and normally it's take one or  two weeks to reach NVC.

Thnks after that damn as waiting the rest of the process is it faster for non pivot cases?

Pivot cases are faster now, don't know if it will change anytime soon.

Presently they receive their welcome letters within 3-5weeks.

London is pivot.
