Hello Friends!

Finally the CEAC site is up! Great news! I just finished filling DS-261. The welcome letter says to wait for 3 weeks before I can pay fees online. Do I really have to wait? I can see that I have option to pay both AOS and IV fees in the website. Can I just go ahead and pay the fees? Your answers would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone! First congtatulations in being able to proceed with our cases now that CEAC is back!😀

My case is pivot, i just paid both fees online. Can we upload the AOS documents and fill out the IV form at the same time after they process our payment ? Or do we do them a couple of days after one another?

U can call nvc and ask representative to review your ds261. Then you can pay the fee :)

Hi

I believe you should connect with NVC

I have my doubts about whether India too has become pivot

I called them today for the case number and they mentioned that we will be emailed the same once it happens (up until now I believed everything was on mail)

I ain't sure though, seems a bit confusing

Do let me know too if you find out about the pivot bit

All the vest best 😁

I got the welcome letter via email only. Never received a snail mail. My case is also India but not sure if it is pivot or not!

Yes, you can. submit every document all together and triple check every document meets bangladesh requirements. you DO NOT want them to reject any docs and increase your waiting time.

where was your original interview location assigned? Mine is Mumbai. Can I request them to change it to Kathmandu? My spouse is Indian but she resides in Bihar and Kathmandu is closer.

You mean I can also scan and upload my civil documents once the payments are processed? With the IV and AOS documents? Haha and I'm from Sudan..

My original was abu dhabi. my residence visa was from here that's why.

Im not sure how things are in india. But, if her visa residency is in bihar, she will have to apply from there. You may want to call NVC and double check it. becasue location changing will also take atleast a month or more of pushing and daily calling.
