Hello everyone!!!

We are at our week 7 waiting for our case and invoice numbers for the next step.

We have two questions on how to start the NVC step:

1.- We would like to know after that USCIS has approved a petition is this petition sent with all the evidence originally provided sent to the national visa center?

2.- Does the NVC by creating the case number scans all documents including the initial evidence received from the USCIS in its operating system?

We would like to know the answers to these two questions in order to know if we can provide a second time some evidence that we originally provided with our petition I130.

All answers will be very appreciated and especially the answers and would be of untold help.

I think USCIS kept your file and doesn't send all documents to Nvc means you need to send again everything  to nvc. They will include cover sheet with list of all documents for beneficary and financial documents which you need to send . You need to add copy of your passport and police certificate too.  everything should be copy.

My lawyer she knows it was down but she told me good news she said itcwilk come back to normal since nvc all cases are going to be online process no more mail paperwork she said there is going to be vetter process for everyone

I didn't realize everything was going to be online. I hope that is a good thing for everyone going forward. My paper packet sent to them will be arriving today... hope they don't wait 6 weeks, and then tell me to do it again, but online.
