I can sympathize completely with you. I am sorry your husband is ill. Your US petitioner can contact the congressman in your state and explain the situation. Supposedly the congressman can expedite immediately if they want to help you.

My husband calls the embassy almost every day with an email still not respond from them they tell us to wait that they will email us when it currents

You can expexct to wait 8 weeks for NVC to issue your case number. Mine took 8 weeks, 6 days. If your beneficiary's country requires online submission of documents, you may receive your number sooner. If you call NVC, at 603 334 0700, with your USCIS number, they can explain this to you.

My husband applied for an expedite for our interview date Senegal 🇸🇳 embassy approves it. NVC forward the case the Senegal 🇸🇳 embassy on the 18 off June up till now no responsed from them yet and the case show ready on CEAC if u call them they will tell u we have to wait and it going on 2 months on the 18 and they said there normal time for interview is 4 months. And my husband is very sick 🤒 I don’t really understand what is there problem just to fix an interview date takes them forever to do as right now I don’t know what to do then to wait for there email for us to choose the interview date

I am sorry to hear you’re going through this. It surprises me you have to wait this long. On 7/11 NVC sent me an email that the embassy accepted my expedite. 7/13 received email that my case documents were in transit to Senegal. I sent the embassy an email the same day to ask how soon we can schedule an interview. I received an automated response from them about waiting until they contacted me. To my surprise, the embassy sent an email on 7/17  with the instructions to set up my husband’s appointment. The earliest available appointment was 7/24. I don’t know why they are taking so long with yours.

I hope u get the Interview soon and Insha’Allah u get your visa , just let us know how the interview goes ,

I will most definitely :) As for documents after Approval start getting your civil documentation together now WITH translation as this takes time to get in Morocco.. NVC will send you a welcome email with a checklist of what you need and how to put it together.. follow it to a tee!  I cannot stress enough whatever documents in Morocco you get make sure you get certified translation to go with them .. best of luck !

It is still down. Hoping they can really fix it as soon as possible. Many of us are waiting to be with our loved ones but we don't even know how long we are still going to wait. :(
