CEAC still down...no fee can be paid .. however, I have all my documents that needed .but since I was instructed to upload documents.n submit I have to scan n save documents..

Have you called nvc about the site being down I wish they feel how hard is to be apart from our love ones their playing with our lives we all had enough wait at uscis I though nvc was walking at the park

We submitted i864 but either of them is fine.
