If you would if read my post properly, im not inquiring about  K1 Visa!

The title on this thread is for NVC filers! Its not specific to any visa or visa type. I asked about CR filers through NVC. Even so, if I would if asked about K1, it also goes through NVC process just so you know.

But thanks anyways.

And that why I deleted my post... No need to get upset! :jest:

Hello,

We received our cc letter from NVC early in the morning. It's been 7 days after we got our case completed through ceac's website .

I'm curious to know if in your letter it's said your interview will be set up within 3 months.

Wow. How about those of us that already got CC via paperwork?

I will call before 12am.

Sorry for the inconveniences NVC might have caused you. It's really really heartbreaking but trust God,it will certainly end in praise

Amen...it's well

About the 3 months, a couple from Mexico on this blog posted they received CC in March. Interview notice of scheduled interview in August was sent out at the end of May. Interview date was August and visa was approved. NVC says they must first receive interview appointment dates from the embassy. Then they schedule the interview for the beneficiary. I know you are Gambia, and so hopefully your embassy is not as busy as CDJuarez.

FYI

For anyone waiting for a case number, I have just spoken to the NVC and the CEAC website is still down, however it will not affect cases being loaded and case numbers generated.

So how then do you pay the fees and complete ds260?

You can only do that on CEAC, but I'm not talking about that, as my post states it is just info for anyone waiting for a case number as I am myself.
