Normally cover sheet is one page which they included in email for non - pivot in my case. There wasn't any cover sheet in website. Unless he talking about Aos form to download.

He said at this point call us about weekly for case number that mean I should call every monday I tthough the uscis were slow nvcnvc is another one ugh

what is the difference between Pivot and Non Pivot case? Do Pivot cases move a lot quicker?

Not even close nvc received date june 11 2018 but they said you should get it before August 6 their estimate eight week timeline I think thise who had pivot cases git it already

I think that website just checks ceac.state.gov which is technically not down. It is the links that are down and not working. For example, checking visa application seems to be working.

Pivot(no DS261 and submission of NVC documents is via email )

 

Non pivot(no DS261 for those using lawyers while those without lawyers complete DS261 and submission of NVC documents is via snail mail)
