I don’t know about CC but my payment was submitted before the site went down and it was updated as paid 2 days later (while the site was down) I was able to check the status on CEAC but nothing like start the DS 260

Before the CEAC site went down, the ds260 page becomes accessible immediately the IV fee show PAID.

I got mine 7/20.

The distruption doesn't affect those who submitted their ds260 before 7/19(when the CEAC site went down).

My scan date was 19th even thou I submitted ds260 on 7th. My cc might get delay because of this disruption.

I doubt if it will since you completed your ds260 before 7/19

Yeah sorry what I mean is it directing me to to go ahead and start ds-260. As if my fee payments were completed and no longer  “in process”

I suppose we all have to keep doing what we’ve been doing... wait some more 😂😓

Just got the email with our Case Number and Invoice ID Number. Trying to explain to my husband that CEAC is down and he’s asking how the USG can let this happen. Haha... if he only knew how many systems problems we have from time to time.

Hoping it comes back soon so we can pay our fees and keep moving.

wow you are so lucky! My I130 was also approved in 2 months but USCIS took one more month to send it to NV and NVC took 9 weeks to assign me the case number. :(

The website is still down but I was wondering could I go ahead and gather all my documents or do I have to wait and do the visa application first? I already paid the AOS and IV fees. I'm just ready to get this done. How many years of tax transcripts and tax returns do they need?

You can mail them, they will review the documents only after u submit ds-260,

yes, of course. that would be better.

But you need to fill out the IV application before it lets you upload the civil documents. NVC will not review your application if you will not submit bot AOS and IV required documents.

For the transcript, I read somewhere that as long as your most current tax year proves that you can sponsor your beneficiary, then that will suffice. But if you just want to make sure, they only need the most current tax year to the 3rd most current tax year.

Hello Guys,

Can I call them and assign the agent and pay the AOS fees over the phone? This CEAC outage is killing me!

Hello,

No, NVC cannot accept fee payments over the phone.
