This is the 4th day CEAC has been down. Does anyone know if CEAC has previously been "under maintenance" before and usually how long the shutdown lasts?

I checked the section where you submit fees and forms and it's still down 😑

Yes it is still down. I just pray it's going to work again so that we can continue processing our papers and no more delays.

Hello, the NVC received our case April 26, it has been more than 8 weeks they said they sent it to the supervisor and that it could take up to 6 weeks. Does it usually take 6 weeks after the supervisor views it? And also when do they normally mention if the case is electronic or not? I called the NVC and they asked me to go back to the menu and press 5 ( those who are required to submit their documents through CEAC) .

When my case was sent to the supervisor it didn't take for  six weeks. You will have yours soon. Just don't give up.

I'm not sure, but by the looks of it..it is. Because when we call them they tell us to click on option 5 which says "If you are required to send all your documents using CEAC) What about yours? Is yours Pivot?
