still not working any one like me ?

Still down for maintenance. I’ve been checking constantly since yesterday. My payment finally posted so I’m able to do the DS-260 and AOS but I can’t log in. I hope they get it back up soon

Depends on how much of a rush you are in. Six weeks is nothing in non-pivot cases. For pivot you’re submitting things online anyway so if you already have your documents on the cloud maybe you could do it from where are you are. I would enjoy my vacation. No point cutting it short assuming you don’t have some other urgency.

Yes it’s possible.

Ok thanks for the information. We have the documents on my partner's laptop so can do it from here. Well, fingers crossed!

Thank you for all the responses!

Also, I have another question if anyone knows the answer? :)

My passport is still in my maiden name. Should I update it as soon as possible to my married name. We filed the application in my married surname. Will my passport need to be in my married name for the green card?

Thanks

Only if your marriage certificate is you spouse surname then you have to update your passport in your married surname . Otherwise , you don't.

We applied in my married name when my passport was still in my maiden name but changed my passport in the process to my married name before we got to the nvc stage.

When can I expect cc if there no check list.

Within 10-15days but NVC will tell you to give them 3weeks(after scan date)to review your documents.

When was your scan date?
