I filled ds261 and choose agent. After i called nvc  and guy said he reviewed but it will take week to get email for confirmation. On website it said completed. I also paid Aos fees and its still processing . iv fees and iv application not open yet. Is there anything i should do or just wait?

You have to wait until AOS fees change to paid then IV fees will open. No need to call NVC

It means you have summited DS-260. Now you need to send the AOS and IV packages.

We received our welcome letter an hour ago and paid the aos fee.
