Feeling sad that today I’m suppose to be at  my interview at the embassy right now and now it’s not gonna happen again until another two months sigh

No worries. Two extra months for us in the immigration process is EASY, compared to how long we already waited.

My interview was few hours ago and I was approved. The questions asked were:

Who’s calling you?

Where and when I met my husband?

How long we’ve been married for?

Have either of us been married before?

Do we have any children?

Where does my husband live in the US?

What type of visa did my husband enter the US with?

And she viewed our wedding album.

I’m so glad this journey is over.Thank you all for the information and support...Wish everyone best of luck 😍😘❤️

Many Congrats!!👍🙂

Hey, just a few quick questions. My wife is in America and I’m in England. Will she have to attend her own interview in the states while I attend mine in London.

Second question is if we do both attend a seperate interview do I take the original documents I uploaded and she takes the original documents she uploaded?

Seems a bit silly I would have to take all her documents like her mams birth certificate, pay stubs etc etc as her mam is a household member since she doesn’t earn enough.

It would make sense for me to only take the documents I uploaded under my name at NVC stage.

Thanks

Your wife will not attend an interview in the United states. It is only going to be your interview.

Mine too... don't you think it's strange that we don't have at least "In transit'?

I think this is normal. They don't need to mail documents to the consulate since our filing was electronic so it won't take time for our information to reach that office, as it would if it were being physically mailed or sent via diplomatic courier. My impression is that this is what happened last month too based on what I saw in timelines from people who were assigned interviews in July. I don't think we need to worry about this. I think we should all sit tight and expect interviews to be scheduled in the next week or so. 🙂
