I'm waiting for RDJ too... lets pray... my cc date is July 2nd I'm under EB1 visa... Do you know something about ask for expedito interview? I'll lose a fantástica job opportunity if I can't say yes to them until September 1st...

Hey, I know that after you received your interview date, if you have a good justificative, you can email the embassy asking for an early date. The email is on their website.

I know one couple that got their date changed but it was expedite for medical reasons. Anyway, you can try it, if they say no you dont loose aything. Good Luck! :D

I called NVC they say they have interview slots open but it all depends how many people in front of me.

Same thing an agent told us when we called for our interview date that they don't know if we will get a Sept date becuase she didn't know the number of people before us and then 2days later,we got our interview date over the phone.

Keep calling,don't get discouraged.

The GC fee is required for immigrant visas; K-3 is non-immigrant and your spouse will not receive green card upon arrival. Instead, you will file (and pay for) the Adjustment of Status form I-485 that costs $1,225. I presume this fee covers the issuance of GC as well.

My visa is CR-1

Case Complete:6/29/18;

Embassy Juarez

Priority Date: 9/17/18 (what does the priority date mean?)

Congratulations! Our cc was 27 July, CDJuarez also. Do you have any idea how long we will be waiting for an interview date? VJers TeachersJ&L got their cc in March, were notified of the interview date in May, and had their interview late July. Do you know if we'll be waiting 5 months like them now?

Hi Everyone,

 I am new here but wanted to know if anyone had any information on appointments for Ciudad Juarez. My CC date was 4/18/18. I have try multiple times to call the NVC but all they say is that I am on the waiting list and that they cannot provide any additional information. This is so stressful ;/

Teachers J&L got cc March 13 I think, notified late May of interview date in late July at CDJ. You have got to be close to the front of the line by now. Did you call CDJ embassy to see if they could inform you of wait times? If so what did they say? Embassy CDJ has a FB page also.

From your CC date, it looks like interviews in CDJ aren't even being scheduled within 90 days of CC. Since they schedule 2 months in advance, we have a long wait, longer than USCIS.

Will do. Please let me know if you hear anything either.

Called this morning, was told our case is in line for an interview. And as of today, they're scheduling appointments for the month of September.
