I don't think they are busy but I heard they are very slow embassy. Hope to get interview date for late September. Good luck to your interview.

Hey, 

I had "AT NVC" too and had a checklist and not a CC. Not saying this is the case for you, but be aware that "AT NVC" does not always mean CC, it just means they have taken some action on your case. 

 

I'm sure you are good, I just wanted to chime in with my experience. Call and confirm.

Anyone know when should I receive my interview date confirmation email or mail letter?

True, At NVC does not always mean case completed. confirm with NVC or check on ceac.
