The error is the gap in between the addresses that is over a month. 

 

Check thoroughly to spot where the error is.

is it that i need to input where i lived when i turned 16 first as the present address before i put my new address next

Your previous address before this one and subsequent addresses but there should be no space of a long period between them. For example,your previous address should be from the month you turned 16yrs to Jan 2018

Thanks H&T. I saw people with CC June 14 got noticed on July 2, the interview's on August 7. Just wonder if the NVC still schedules interview appointments for August. Hope I can get an interview for August.

Hi, Just called NVC and lady said i am sending to the supervisor because you are already went beyond the required time. let see how how much time supervisor now takes. The one lady told me same thing on the 10th july that i am sending to the supervisor. I think all supervisor missing my Application for some reason.

Also schedule your medical ASAP. When my wife went for medical they told her they were going to be closed for a few weeks.

Hello dear VJ friends i haven't received any vaccines yet in accordance with the laws of the U.S  i don't know if i should tick yes or no on my DS-260 form right now,i was thinking of getting the vaccines shots when i go for my medic examination

Answer No then under explanation write All vaccinations will  be  taken  during medicals before your visa interview.
