Hi, I just found the medical history form on the Andrews Memorial Hospital website.  I have sent a link.  Also, you have to make the appointment online but the site is down for doing that right now. When I called they said that things should be up again by tomorrow.

Got the medical date....July 26th

I missed the part at the bottom where you mentioned proof of ongoing relationship. If the bills are for a house in the US then those will probably serve as proof of domicile too. :-)

Thank you so much! This helped a lot!

Hello dear forum readers my wife submitted the AOS NVC requested after she made the AOS payment and now they're requesting for the IV payment which we have already paid for and it's more than 3 working business day already and am kind of scared if she did the wrong thing by submitting the AOS documents to NVC before making the IV payment last week thursday,i need more light on this please she filed the case September 2017

NVC will not proceed with your case until you have completed your ds260 and submitted your IV package.

When you started your process doesn't count. What counts is when your case was completed at the NVC

The NVC has scheduled more than half of August for Lagos Consulate but I'm hopeful I will get a Late August/Early Sept date.

Impatiently waiting for a CC.

+16033340700. When you call, press option 1 then press option 3.

I will advise you call them 4-4:50am Monday through Friday so you don't need to be placed on hold for a very long time.

Have you completed your ds260 and submitted your AOS/IV package to NVC

Any idea what the average time it takes for the MTL embassy to mail back the passport (assuming visa approval)?  I have signed up for the courier service; I didn't pay the extra $21 to have it shipped to a non-DHL/Loomis location (i.e., our home) but wonder if I should do that if it's faster??

I'm not sure if anyone responded to you about this yet, but from what I've seen on VJ it takes about 2 - 3 days to get the passport back (although there's the odd person it took 5 days for). The only difference the shipping location makes is that it can go to your home instead of the selected post office/Loomis location, it doesn't make a difference in timing.

Anyone get an interview scheduled from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam lately? CC June 27, haven't heard anything. :(:(:(

Possible you can have interview day at the end of this month schedule for August. So, watch out for case status on NVC.
