How can you tell if an embassy is still scheduling interviews for August? Is it available somewhere?

I think u could probably just still with this forum or actually follow the visa journey timelines for your country to see if others are still getting August dates.

All the best and I hope u get a date soon.

So Guys today we got emaiL of case creation and case number in just 25 days from NVC.

Its pretty fast for pivot case.

Category : IR 1

P.D 10 OCT 2017

Approved on 1 June 2018

Sent to NVC on 9 June 2018

Received to NVC on 19 June 2018

Its pretty quick one🙂❤️

Actually i request for expedite processing of this case but embassy told NVC that they cannot expedite this case but NVC speed up the process by their own.

Thanks to them😍

I paid AOS Fees $120 today, and it shows

In Process!

As documents are ready so should i pay both fees and than upload documents or start uploading affidavat after AOS fees status  changed to Paid.

I will keep on updated.

Good luck to all of You!

Got email june 26th 2018 that NVC approved and accepted all our documents and our case is waiting for interview confirmation.

I am asking specifically for Mumbai embassy. How long should I wait for the interview email confirming a date? I have read online and asked around and most people in cr1 category are getting interview dates within 1-2 weeks of NVC case complete. Thank you.

I am also wondering if the flooding in Mumbai is creating any delays for filling up interview dates etc....

Congrats kabayan,

I may suggest you to get your Medical early.  Or ready yourself to be healthy.  For me Medical is more stressful than interview, ..It is smooth sailing after the medical. You can focus more on preparations for the big scheduled date.

My interview  is on July 17, 2018 (2 days from now)...

Wish you good luck.

Thank you for the advice.  I didn't think about the medical being the stressful part.  I will let my husband know and see if he's able to travel to Manila for an early medical.  I really hope the medical exam doesn't give us any complications

Good luck with the interview!  So exciting that it's just in 2 days!!

Any idea what the average time it takes for the MTL embassy to mail back the passport (assuming visa approval)?  I have signed up for the courier service; I didn't pay the extra $21 to have it shipped to a non-DHL/Loomis location (i.e., our home) but wonder if I should do that if it's faster??
