My kids and i were approved today. what a relief. Just three questions for me. *How long has your husband been in the U.S *How many kids do you have and if I've done the CRBA for my three weeks old baby. That was it. After alot of typing, He said your Visas have been approved while handing over some white sheets of paper with instructions of how to get our passport. Thanks everyone here for their questions and answers. It helped me a great deal.

Congratulations to you and your family.

Happy flight to the U.S.

Wow that is quick, congratulations.

my c.c Feb 16 and still waiting for appointment for Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Do they schedule in alphabetical order? I hope I get one soon

I wonder how much Honduras is backed up by because that sounds like a long wait, almost as long as Mexico. But you will hopefully hear soon. Yeah who knows if it's in alphabetical order but if they do, Honduras isn't far behind.

How many passport photos are needed for the medical and then for the interview in Montreal?  I'm reading different answers in my research online: the medical requires just one, and the interview requires 2 photos.  Anyone have the same result?

Where are you doing the medical? BC needs 5 photos (which they state on their website, www.drcheema.ca) and according to the Consulate page for Montreal on VJ, the Montreal doctor requires 5 as well. Not sure about the ones in Ontario.

You need two passport photos for the interview. Hope that helps! :)

Thanks!!  While I saw on the Dr. in Ontario (Dr. Mascarenhas) that only 1 photo is required... the list from the DOS says 5 for the medical.  And the list for the interview says 2.  So, 7 altogether.  I'm going to have 7 taken, just to be on the safe side.

You're welcome! Yeah, I think that's a wise idea. Better to be safe than sorry!
