I dnt think so, what I know is the good conduct(police report) needs to be current before the I interview.

Thanks Abies! I have a police certificate and wedding certificate less than 3 month old and thought that maybe birth certificate should be as well...

Yea.. got the case number over a week who. Now putting final touches to our AOS/IV package. My husband will mail it out tomorrow.
