Hello All,

My SO arrived on a K1  June 6 and life is going well. Feels good to be back on VJ, too

I'm completing the AOS forms but not sure if  we use the  I-130 or just the I-485.

I'm also considering  a Vaccination Waiver on religious grounds,  which I do not want to do.

I  want to finish the immigration  work  so I can get back to work. The 11 month wait for NOA2 was a hardship and the thought of another year+ wait to avoid a few shots sounds  frivolous not to mention the health risks from living in NY City without what I see as necessary medical care.

She already refused shots during the K1 medical but did consent to the  VDRL screen.  I recall having read that prior consents may anul future claims for religious grounds, anyone??  I don't want force vaccination issue (no shots, no AOS) but I don't want be widower 'before my time' either.

Do I need the I-130 form or just the I-485 &  I-864?
