we got our petition approved Feb and we where told to start the nvc process by March 10th my wife sento all the AOS and tax clearance during April we where ask to submit a document which is the affidavit of Witness for a bona-fide marriage which we did after one week we where ask to submit our both passport photograph which we the,middle may we where contacted via mail by NVC to make payment for AOS and IV which we did first of June till fate no update no c c notice and interview details and my wife did gastric Sleave surgery for weight lost and she has complication she needs me cause she through every minute can't eat or drink weak she cries everyday that she want her husband what are going to do?

Call nvc asap for an expedite. They will direct on you on how to go about it as well as the required documents for the expedite.
