RFIE for I-864: K1 Visa to Green Card

I received an RFIE the other day for our I-864. I attached images here stating what they asked for. I am a very meticulous person so I swear that I signed the I-864; none of the pages were missing and that the version I used IS valid. In addition, I have to send a bunch of other things to (again, see image). Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with my income or tax related documents, correct? I am composing a cover letter and this is what I am going to include in this RFIE:

 

·      Completed form I-864 With signature and date 

·      Copy of Request for Initial Evidence 

·      2017 tax documents and W2

·      2016 tax documents and W2

·      2015 tax documents and W2

·      Certificate of Employment

·      Copy of passport biographical page (U.S. citizen)

·      Copy of birth certificate (U.S. citizen)

·      Bank statements

It says "one of the following"... if you have a copy of what you sent,  check the revision date, you may have filled out and submitted one that expired.  From what I read, they can be sticklers on tossing the whole thing because the form expired.

Sometimes we delate the name on page 12 and that delate the name on page 3, many people get rfe for that reson.

Be sure that he sponsor name is in page 3

many people make that mistake and then they get rfe for that reason.

that happened to my cousin, we though all was ok, but when they got rfe we found out that we delate the sponsor name on page 12 part 11, that made delate the name also at page 3

Buti sayo alam mo na its being reviewed. When ka pala nag apply for AOS? So may NOA1 kana? Kelan biometrics mo? Ewan ko anong pinagsasabi nitong nasa taas re sa form. Ang importante kasi teh may sign sya ng petitioner.

The I-864 is 10 pages.  There is no page 12.

OK. I apologize. I never thought someone would complain because I'm typing my response in Tagalog since the one I am talking to is from the Philippines. So I suppose its okay to say it in Tagalog too. Again, I apologize.

you are right, sorry, i didnt release that i-864 has changed from june 2018.

I received my NOA1 for the 485, EAD, and AP a while ago. My biometrics was done this past Wednesday. 

 

What is this page 12? I understand there is no page 12 so where is this section on the current I-864 version you speak of?

Disregard. Just focus on the form I-864 that’s found on the uscis website. I’m sure that’s their updated version. Make sure its being signed by the petitioner. USCIS thing sometimes they misplace anything u have submitted and they want u to resubmit those things again.

And by petitioner you mean the USC, correct? And do you all suggest I re-include the USC's birth certificate, passport bio page, etc. in addition to the documents they asked in the RFIE?
