Even though she is pregnant, will this delay her from obtaining her visa because I see that she has to have additional vaccinations at at the destination hospital stated in her interview letter in order to be approved for her visa.

Can she take the vaccinations even though she is pregnant???

If she cannot take vaccinations, will this delay her getting her visa???

PLEASE ASSIST

Lacking vaccinations will not impact the approval of the K1 visa. The vaccinations are required for Adjustment of Status later.

I think it wont affect your k1 visa though she's pregnant. I met one during our medical at St Lukes, and she got no prob. Dont worry the doctor will tell her what to do during her immunization interview. I just cant tell u if she will have any vaccination but i assure u it wont delay her visa processing. Anyways..congrats on your baby!

Congratulations on the baby  The only issue you might have is if the baby is born before the visa is issued. You will need to go to the embassy and get the baby a U.S. citizen passport.

Did you make a typo on your timeline, it shows that you mailed in your petition in 2005.

Good luck

yes

as already stated you do not need vaccines until AOS in the states, therefore not being necessary.

And just myself, being a very humble, and very ordinary person. Therefore it is my advice, and I know you can listen or dismiss, and that is ok. All i do is wish the best for you, your fiance, and your coming baby. But wait to get vaccines after baby is born. do not not fill body with vaccine syrup with a little baby suckin up the nutrients and content in body. wait for me, that is my advice

MMR and Chickenpox vaccines (since this are live attenuated vaccines) cannot be given to pregnant women. She can be given TD shots, but since this is not available in the Philippines, shw ill be asked to get this when she gets to the US. MMR ans Chicken pox (if she have no history of having chickenpox yet) can be given after she delivers.

Not having this vaccines will not hamper her application. Panel Physicians will just note that these were not given due to the fact that the applicant is pregnant at the time and they will put a remark there also (on her Immunization Records), that she need to get such vaccines when she arrives in teh US, or after she delivers.

If she delivers before her visa is approved or before her interview, you need to go to the Embassy to file for a US Passport for your child.

Good luck and Congrats on your baby!

Congratulations first of all!!!!

They actually won't even give vaccinations if they knew you and your fiance were intimate (for lack of better word), just in case she may have gotten pregnant. Even if any form of birth control was used, they would still forego vaccination. So it won't really impede your K-1.

Pregnancy tests only work at certain times of a woman's cylce. So it's not really realiable to test during times you won't get a honest result. So if your interview falls on those times then a pregnancy test won't work. They asked my fiance when her cycle starts and then asked her if we were intimate in the last 7 days. She said yes - they didn't even give her a test and told her no vaccinations. At least this is how it was in Philippines.
