Hello,

Thankyou all for taking the time to read this.

So Great news. I had my medical a few days ago.

I’n little worried as I have had Depression for 6 months and also Doc decided I was BDD. As I have had plastic surgery procedures. Which again is more down to vanity and insecurities.

Will this afffect me at my interview. This is giving me a little anxiety.

I know a lot of people have and do suffer with depression / anxiety.

It’s the stigma of the word depression that worries me.

They have asked for a detailed report from my doctor regarding my depression. The doc seems to think BDD is self harm. Which is a shocking label to put on plastic surgery. It’s a form. Maybe. But he classifies it as such.

Has anyone else had to get this detailed report from the Doc.

Yes, I was asked to get more information from my doctor regarding an ongoing eating disorder, experience of self-harm, depression and a suicide attempt. The doctor provided a matter of fact letter outlining what was discussed at each appointment, what treatment was offered, information regarding specialist services, and an honest prognosis of my current mental state. I am still suffering from depression and anxiety, and I am still recovering from my eating disorder. She was very honest and upfront but reassured them that I was no longer a threat to myself or anybody else. Once the medical centre received this, I was signed off. No issues.

When was your interview ?

My interview was on the 21st but they hadn’t received my medical results by then due to Knightsbridge needing the extra information from my GP. Still waiting for my visa.

What were you asked in interview?

and were you improved on the interview?

I was asked two questions: how did we meet? Where will I be living? Approved on the spot.

I was only there for about 15 minutes.

Did you print Chat logs.

I’m not aware how to print them. Ie what’s app etc?

I know its a little old post , but if anyone still needs to know.

how we did it.....

Take a "screen shot" of the phone screen / app , Typically done with holding the power or home buttons(Google screen shot and phone brand for more info)

Then can print from the phone gallery or email or upload the screenshots in picture form to your computer and print

This will take alot of scrolling and screen shooting for each page, also helps to zoom out as much as possible as more will fit and it prints much larger anyway....

Hope that helps...
