You still have a bit of a ways to go. Currently it is take up to a year and a half for spousal visas. You may hear something either at the end of this year or early next year.

According to USCIS it's taking 5.5-7.5 months. Right now they're processing October 10, 2017 applications. You can look it up here

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Mine took over 7 months from TSC for NOA 2

while we’re at Nebraska ( which teven takes a little longer) and you’re in Texas it is still a few months to go for you

So as hard as it is, you have to wait

I too was previously denied a fiance visa in March 2017. My husband came to Nigeria the following month to marry me,went back to the U.S in May 2017 and filed the i130 petition same May but guess what? We were 5days shy away from 11months to get our approval at Texas service centre after receiving our response to RFE in November 2017.

So like @Mayi & MiMi has rightly said, sit back and relax. Immigration cases are like fingerprints, every case is different.

Goodluck to you both on this tough journey.
