Too Early for I134?

Is it too early to get my I134 together? I know most people wait until their NOA2, but I'm going to see Dan next week. I would feel better taking it there than trusting the post if possible. I did a search, but all I could find was that it was dependent on your embassy and how long they are taking to get things going. I know London is moving quickly recently.

Is there a specific time that the I134 is good for? Several people asked that on old threads, and all got different answers! 3 months, 6 months, a year.

Anyways - thanks for any info!

I believe I read (when researching it) that they mainly want it to be at least in the last 6 months.

Mine is dated Apr 12 and Chas' interview is June 8th.

We got our NOA2 last week, I'll see him next week and want to hand-off the materials in person as well. I'm getting the I-134 materials together and will have it notarized before I leave. We haven't made it to NVC, but I'm guessing it wouldn't be an over or understatement to say it will be a two or three months old before it is used. That doesn't scare me too much. Did you check the packet 3 copies in the gallery section? I don't recall there being a expiration on the life of a notarized I-134. . . ..

Fantastic info - thanks all. No I didn't even think to check the Packet 3 papers. I just did a forum search both here and in the Foreign Embassy forums.

Well that makes me feel better. Just more comforting to hand-deliver those sorts of things, you know?

(Besides, Daisy - looks like you'll be at interview faster than you'd thought! Congrats again on getting to NVC so fast)

Thanks! We'll see on how fast things keep going. I'm like some crazy, superstitious, nutcase now - worrying that too much celebrating over the steps will make things slow down! what if it go there fast but leaves slow?! what if london goes slow!? oy, i need to give my head a break.

And i hear you about the hand delivery part. I'm doing the same!
