I’ve got a question regarding the dependents section of the I-134 for K1.

I have two children with my ex-husband and we have a shared parenting agreement, which is included in our official divorce document. Our time is split equally and we split major purchases for the children. For filing tax returns, we each claim one of the children. It seems as though i should only include one of my children in the dependent section, but i don’t want that to cause confusion or a red flag.

Can anyone clarify this, or has anyone filed the affidavit of support with a similar situation?

If i do only include one of the children here, would my household size actually be one less since they are not both included here?
