However, those "N/A" answers that you physically can't type "N/A" in some fields is concerning me whether I should fill it out online or print all out and adding that damn "N/A" answer.

 

How did you guys do that?

It sounds like you are filling out the downloadable PDF version of the form and not actually applying online....file online through this site by clicking the File Online Now link at the top:

 

 https://www.uscis.gov/n-400

No---it's completely online.  You fill out the form, scan and upload your documents/evidence, click "submit", and in addition to paying via credit card through another site USCIS directs you to for completing your submission.

No.  Depending on how you answer questions when filing online, the system prompts you to the applicable sections/what documents they require you to upload.
