Any one of the above would work just fine. You just need to prove identity, not immigration status.

AOS, ROC, N-400, & PASSPORT, FOR HUSBAND TO USC

[02/23, 2012]  - DAY 001  (day 0001) (AOS) Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS overnight
[06/01, 2012]  - DAY 099  (day 0099) 2-year Conditional GC in hand
[05/05, 2014]  - DAY 001  (day 0802) (ROC) Mailed package to Vermont Service Center via USPS overnight

[05/14, 2014]  - DAY 009  (day 0811) Received NOA1 (GC Extended for 1 year)

[01/14, 2016]  - DAY 620  (day 1421) 10-year GC in hand

[02/22, 2017]  - DAY 001  (day 1826) (N-400) Mailed package to Lewisville, TX, via USPS overnight

[01/10, 2018]  - DAY 323  (day 2149) (N-400) Naturalization Oath Ceremony (5 years, 10 months, 19 days)

[01/10, 2018]  - DAY 001  (day 2149) (US Passport) Applied for US Passport, regular processing

01/25, 2018]  - DAY 015  (day 2164) (US Passport) Passport in hand (5 years, 11 months, 3 days from start of Journey.)

 

AOS, N-400, & PASSPORT FOR DAUGHTER [OF HUSBAND TO USC]

[06/14, 2013] - DAY 001 Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS overnight
[11/21, 2013] - Day 153 SSN and 10-year GC in hand

09/01, 2021]  - (day 3001) (US Passport) Passport in hand (8 years, 2 months, 18 days from start of Journey.)

Also carry a copy of the I-485's NOA1 + marriage certificate. While the TSA does not care about immigration status, rarely CBP officers will work alongside TSA and can question status.

You're allowed to travel domestically during AoS and don't need anything "special" exactly but take your receipt notice at least. I flew with my Canadian licence and the guy almost didn't let me on the plane because he didn't realize Canadians can fly domestically in the US with our licences. Luckily his coworker said it was fine but I carry my passport when flying domestically in the US now and will do so until I get my US licence and passport.

I was mostly talking from an immigration point of view, if stopped by immigration officials ICE/CBP.

Thank  you, this is helpful. Although I read in few places that CBP/ICE officers are not familiar with Pending AOS cases, they only understand "status" and it takes them a while to verify anything else.

Bring proof of pending AOS (Your notice of action) especially if you are travelling to a so called border zone (Anywhere where you're 100 miles from the border or a coast) where ICE/CBP can stop you and check your papers. The entire state of Florida is a border zone.

verifying pending AOS shouldn't be a complicated process, right?

If you have your papers in order you'll be fine. Most likely you won't even have to go through that process, it's just good to be prepared if it were to happen.

Yes, I like be in the safe side always. Based on your inputs, this is what I prepared now: passport, state ID, I-485/I-765/I-131 NOA1, Marriage Certificate, I-130 approval notice, Social Security, I-485 Cover Letter.

I think the bold part is unnecessary unless you need to bring your marriage certificate to prove name change if you did that through marriage. Do not carry around your social security card, memorize the number and keep it safe. You don't want to lose it and risk someone stealing your identity.
